Hart has, again, been ranked as the most desirable place in the UK to live -closely followed by Waverley and Winchester. It is about 35 miles Southwest of London and is largely a domitory town for commuters and people working in the Aldershot-Farnborough Frimley-Camberly corridor and Basingstoke. Ironically I also lived in Waverley in the late 1980s and early 1990s.
